1. Services & Products

We offer both installation services and supply of products, including windows, doors, skylights, and more, across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

2. Booking & Deposits

To secure your installation date, we require a deposit. We do not currently accept payments through our website. Full payment details will be confirmed with you directly.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are 10% of deposit refundable.

• Cancellations made after this period may incur charges based on work completed or materials ordered.

• Custom orders and special products are non-refundable once manufacturing has started.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work. Here’s what we offer:

• Installations with Products Supplied by Us: Covered by a 10-year workmanship warranty.

• Fitting Only (Client-Supplied Products): Covered by a 5-year installation warranty.

We do not cover issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, or lack of maintenance of the product. Warranties are void if the product has been altered or installed by a third party after our work is completed.

5. Service Availability

We currently operate in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. If you’re outside our service area, contact us to check availability.

6. Delays & External Factors

While we always aim to meet deadlines, we’re not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (such as weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or manufacturer delays).
